Rise Of The Fallen Poem by Nick Yong

Rise Of The Fallen

In front of my peers,
I could only feel shame,
The jeers and the sneers,
I had to take all the blame.

For something that I was framed for,
It made me feel like walking out of the door,
I felt defenseless
But just in my heart
That feeling was senseless

I had nowhere else to run,
I'm all set and done,
No more playtime or what you'd call FUN

It my time to rise,
As his time slowly dies,
I'll be there to strike back,
And his world will immediately turn pitch black,

It will crumble before his eyes,
Till I'm finished with his earthly demise,
He's of no use to me,
No matter how much his plea,
I'll just smile with glee,

As his mind is twisted,
While his heart is blistered,
The air he breathes is mine
I will rule his mind
To make him finally go blind
For he was unkind
As I'm only returning the favor of someone who is maligned
