Robert - Poem by Marie Rosas

Look at him closely,
look at him sound.
Listen to his words,
to wisdom found. In this chair,
this power chair,
this person was
chosen to be there. His legs are now wheels,
and when he goes by,
don't be afraid,
afraid to say "Hi." Do not look down
on this person of strength,
for little do we know,
he may be heaven sent. Look at this person
whose deeds are right.
Look at him closely,
he comes from the light. Pay attention, have no fear,
equate his confidence, it's for all to hear.
