Rose Poem by Camilla Fodgaard

Rose

You live in my dreams
From me you never flee
You ask me
-Why flee from the prettiest red rose in the world,
and live in darkness and shame
when you can stay forever
and be embraced
in love and care?
I bow for you
let you kiss my hand
and then I say to you
-I have no idea my fine man
but leave me not
for you I give my cheers
now let us dance
on the night of valentine
and end up loving
each other so fine
