Roses Are Red Poem by Ivvy Isabella Anito

Roses Are Red

Roses are Red
Beautiful, Comely
Lovely to behold
With a tinge of Love
Watch it!
They have thorns.

Sunflowers are Yellow
Bright, Adorable
Sight to behold
With a binge of Sun ray
Be careful!
They exude toxins.

Like Lavender I am purple
Royal, Confident
Treasure to be held
With an aura of moonlight
Be alert!
Sometimes I Roar.

Every Flora has a dark side
Why then do you expect
Perfection from me?
A pencil of the Master Artist
And clay of the Chief Potter.
