Roses Of Love Poem by Alan Prescott

Roses Of Love

Rating: 5.0

Like white roses in a mystic garden.
Love grows, innocent, pure, and simple.
Virgin hearts evergreen, beat in unison.
The ascension of love, a honeysuckle.
Subservient like the wings of a dove
Unvarnished tale of fidelity, roses of love.

Like pink roses in a mystic garden.
Love blossoms and blooms in splendor.
The power of love; conquers those smitten.
The birds, the bees, and butterflies hover.
Engaging, charming, captivating tokens of love.
Unvarnished tale of fidelity, roses of love.

Like red roses in a mystic garden.
Flames of love, enrapture precious darlings.
Embraced in a lover's knot of fiery passion.
Copulation in the temple of Hymen; is enchanting.
Cupid, Eros, and Venus, celebrate from above.
Unvarnished tale of fidelity, roses of love.
