Rosie And Jack How They Fell In Love (Titanic) Poem by Valerie Reid

Rosie And Jack How They Fell In Love (Titanic)

Cheeky, cocky, at first glance

He wanted my hand but just for a dance

From the ridiculous to the sublime

What made him think I'd have the time?

Then we danced yet the world stood still

I felt giddy; not like when you're ill

I was literally swept off my feet

The closer we became the greater

the heat

I have never known love like this before or since

'Tis true love hints but doesn't always come in

I will love this man until the

day I die

After that we'll be together

In Paradise!
