Rulebreakers
Some police are rulemakers.
Some thieves are rulebreakers.
Megathief butchers, banksters,
hedge fund billionaires, war profiteers
are of others' money partakers.
They are the biggest thieves,
the biggest heartbreakers.
It's good to act outside
the box if no one is harmed.
But megathieves harm many
and are backed by thugs who're armed.
