Rumblings Of A Heart And Mind Poem by Jona PoloRamirez

Rumblings Of A Heart And Mind

We make our decisions in life, we create our own rubicons.
J. Polo-Ramirez

Big decisions; heart ruled over by mind,
Doubts that had been hanging over the head
Now clarified – decision of a genius thinking brain
Struggling in an imbalance state of being, winds chime -
A classical music hanging over mid-air -
A beadle to a wandering clueless, confused fear.

The lost battle, a heart died in agony and pain,
The other end - the mindset blurry on my end,
But with soothing music - the heart keeps on loving.
One track love lost yet kept on hanging,
Life does go on, our daily toils a paragon,
A life well lived - a source of comfort, a rubicon.

For sometime in our lives we fall and stumble
Only to rise again with a heart renewed to face a hurdle,
The past a lesson, the present a guide to a new horizon.
The loads of puzzles carried by ones heart’s a burden,
Too much to think about, too heavy the shoulder throbs,
Hitch it up to a tune of love and pitch it up to heaven above.

From the nook of my heart,
