Runaway Closet Poem by Darwin D. Smith, Sr.

Runaway Closet

Like sorrow and pain this truth of shame,
Fear thinking of no one to blame.
Oh runaway closet please hear me now,
Like a stranger hurting me its never
the same....
He who touches uncomfortably,
"the private parts"
Oh runaway closet they have lost
their smarts!
I'm not ashamed nor am I to blame,
Oh runaway closet can I be the same.
Unlike pain, unlike sorrow, mu runaway
closet shall be open tomorrow
Oh runaway closet please hear me now,
I'm speaking out loud because now
I know how....
"God blessed the child".
