Ruptured (2010) Poem by David Joel Rodriguez

Ruptured (2010)

Rating: 3.0

...In lonely hasty thirst, my sealed can of soda slams the floor
A tap on the top to ease its war of fizz avoiding sticky galore...

'...In hasty love thirst, my sealed chambers open for her
No taps to ease any fizz, just an escape with some liquor
...In hasty fondling thirst, her sealed legs open for more
Asking to be tapped and be filled will fizz as pulses soar
...In hasty sexual thirst, our sealed pores swap and stir
The motion arouses, headboard tapping as fizz endures...'

In hurried revery thirst, my unsealed love flew out the back door
You grasped my heart, purposely shook, laughing to my rupture
