Rusty Poem by Kayla Sharpe

Rusty

Everyday is like a dream
Without you by my side
I live with the hurt
That you caused me on the inside
I live with the pain of your memories
I dream of you still
Think of you daily
Why can't I get on with my life?
Must be true about the Porterfield curse
I wish you would get out of my head
I wish I could stop thinking of you
Dreaming of you
Missing you
And loving you
Sometimes I wish I would have never met you
But then where would I be?
Wish I could rap like Eminem
Then I would sing a song about you
Telling you how I really feel
Give you a bad name
Like you have given me
But no one listened
When you hit me
Cursed me every which way
But you have to live with me leaving you
Cause now I'm living
Getting on with me life
Without you by my side
I wish you well
Cause you will never get the chance
To hit me ever again!
