Sabra And Shatila Poem by Haitham ALRemawi

Sabra And Shatila

Rating: 5.0

Sabra and Shatila
Two majestic nights in the middle of light
Guarding the time from the scourge of oblivion
They put there, a red shawl to cover our window's holes, and many flaws.

Sabra and Shatila
Two small children, playing in the house's courtyard of the affluent capitals:
A small corner of the genuine Arabian coffee
Behind the sumptuous glassed corridor of the large moles.

Sabra and Shatila
Arabism approach to describe the truth
insignificant military objective, to test courage and modern weapons.

Sabra and Shatila
Mint flavor in our civilized stuff:
Steel taste in poem
The east modern Legends
And a very short story about the history of Arabism.

Sabra and Shatila
Death shock for geneticists, cloning scientists, and philosophers
Our critical moment:
What we will say at the last minute? !

Sabra and Shatila
Two humble camps, for the morning view
And two very rich graveyard, for anthropologists.

Sabra and Shatila
The pilgrimage of martyrs and the tower of them
Slipping to it every night, after all our day exorbitant errors and ask forgiveness.

Sabra and Shatila
We on this earth, ((Do they not contemplate)) ?
