When your souls in check
Hanging on whilst on the edge

When the dark days and nights
Mix up
And the moonlight and bright
Sunshine

Smile
But never seem to be a friend

When all winds of change
Cause such endless pain
Which flows in dark waves

Just now and again

I won't just say I love you

For I know you might think
I might
Still, just pretend

For you think of me
Like a wild river flowing

Filled with mayhem and
Regrets

Flowing from secretive places
No one can ever comprehend

But
When all feels lost
And your mind
Will's you to confess

No matter how you feel
Or how sad
Lonely or depressed

Know this

All through those wild emotions

Your pain needs to be kissed to be truly
Extinguished and
Undressed

Even though your love
For me
May seem totally a mess

There's a secret within it to drive
Your mortal success

For
Like a wild river flowing
Filled with mayhem and
Regrets

You flow
To secretive places
No one can ever comprehend

For
When all feels lost
And your mind
Will's you to confess

No matter how you feel
Or how lonely
Or just depressed

Know this

Even through all those visceral emotions
Your pain needs to be kissed

To be
Beautifully undressed

Even though my love
For you may seem a total mess

There's a secret within it to drive
Your mortal success

Just remember
We were all born to this world
To sin

Embrace that thought as those dark
Demons flood in
And its hope within it

For you

For in you
It's how Jesus will help you
To embrace self-forgiveness and eventually heal

And painful emotions turn to happiness
As its fully explored and beautifully
Undressed
