When times are tough
And you feel like you are being destroyed
Keep strong
Keep brave

When you feel like crying
Cry
When you feel like laughing
Laugh
When you feel like shouting out loud to yourself
Do it

Keep going
Keep strong
Like the London Eye, it does not seem like it is turning,
but slowly those at the bottom reach the top.
So it is with life.
You may not see life turning around
You may feel you are the bottom

But wait
Its hard,
The wheel of life does turn, slowly, but surely

You will be there again
You will be strong again
I write this while I am at the bottom
Knowing one day I reach the top.

Don’t listen to those who say you can’t.
You can!
Keep going.
Keep strong.
YOU know you can.
