Sadness comes over me
Sadness at the end of the day
Sadness at the light sinking
Sadness of so many things -ending
So much life
My life sooner perhaps than I think
Sadness at the end of the earth
And the universe
And all I love
Sadness at the end of this day
And all days to come
Sadness at the end of everything.
