Sailing Poem by lisa densmore

Sailing

Fate might show us the way
But we our the captains of our own sailboats
If things don’t workout the way we want
We have only ourselves to blame
And only ourselves to fix it

You cant say if its meant to be
Fate will let it be
Because fate only guides you their
Its up to you to finish the journey

Fate will guide you to the cliff
But only you can take the jump
Have the faith and do it
Because if you don’t jump
You will wonder what if
And that is not a felling
You ever want to have
