Sarcasm Poem by Ragy Sandid

Sarcasm

A barrel of laughter
Is what we need
We tried SAD, it
Just didn't succeed

We need to stand out
And comment
Because being in
It's just...sin

We get involved
And push this embryo's wall
We never get out
It feels like we'll fall

But out looking in
We might see the comic side
We might know how it started
And how it can end

We need an LOL
Instead of an SOS
We'll fall but feel like we never fell
Just distress distress

Oh to conquer qualm
With that sarcastic scare
All colluded in calm
A winner on a dare

Babies, we laughed for no reason
Even further, we laughed at every turn
In some bizarre switch of season
We can't deserve laughter, we earn
