When we chose each other we chose with age and open eyes
baggage didn't matter-only how we felt together
who cares if we are married, who cares how long
I still tremble with desire..but where has yours gone
I hurt because I don't feel passion, the look in your eye the grasp of your hand
the things that withered as soon as our vows came to hand

I long for that love we once had now hope is dying
and with it my life long plan
depression is whats now in place of that smile you once put on my face
going thru the motions is not a way to live
it only takes a moment to let her know how special she is

A love note, that says just that~maybe strategically placed in Sean's hat?
A call to the basement when your gathering clothes.with the door shut no one may know
A hug out of no where, a look in the eye
A sweet or sexy text
A planned moment alone, I feel like I may cry

Anything PLEASE make me feel back at home
At home in the life we were supposed to have
Now all I feel is a cold draft, partly me and a good part by you
I feel so alone inside I don't know what to do
Talking makes you defensive, maybe its my approach?

I just want us to be better~'not all that she wrote'
We see it happening constantly, somethings wrong and its not what originally planted those rings!
Couples give up instead of putting down their pride
I don't want that to be you and I

And so I will continue to try
Maybe we can start by a list and a carefully planted kiss?
So that you and I know we are both on the same page
For with or without you I am scared i will wither away....
