Saved Me From Me - Poem by Victoria Sypniewski

I used to be so strong
But, you broke down my walls
And, melted my heart
I used to be so predictable
But, since I've let you in I can't help it
Every smile I show
Every tear I shed
Only for you darling
You've changed my life
Taken the best of me
And, let it shine
My eyes only sparkle for you
You proved not to be only true
You conquered my world
Helped me face my fears
Honey, you saved me from me
