Say Not Your Hands Did This

Rating: 5.0

Each selfish heart's festooned with shame
With wayward lust and pride
Destined for hell's eternal Flame
Devoid of grace inside

No man can boast a perfect soul
No woman's without flaw
No one can claim they’ve earned life’s goal
Who’ve disobeyed God’s law

Say not your hands have brought you wealth –Deut.8: 17
Your house your car your jewels
Nor think it’s you; maintains good health
Such are the thoughts of fools

It’s through The Christ the blood He shed
It’s though God’s Lamb once slain
Its through The One though once was dead
Had power to rise again

Declare the facts The Truth to man
Witness to Heaven’s Light
Praise Jesus Christ whilst yet you can
Through whom we’ve robes of white

There’s none too great so pure within
We've all feared death and grave
No being on earth lives free of sin
They need not God to save

However high in life we scale
However deep we fall
It’s Christ who frees from Satan’s jail
And saves us when we call

There’s no one perfect, no not one
We all have fallen short
So trust The Father, Ghost & Son
Believe The True report…
