The night was incomprehensibly empty
as I sat there drowning my thoughts
with a cup of coffee that tainted the floor
mapping my soul with with lines and dots
The air was thick with fumes of ignorance
as were the people who scatter these streets
the lights immersed into me like crystal
from my eyes to where my withered heart beats
Through these streets and its emptiness
my soul and heart can never ignore
her existence in everything that I see
scattered and crystallized, forevermore
