The wheels of time turn, unyielding, cold,
Truth lies shattered, as the new gods mold.
Promises broken, whispers in the air,
A shadowy chorus, a world stripped bare.
The seeds of greed, in hearts they bloom,
Virtue succumbs to the age of gloom.
Chains of desire, the soul they bind,
In this dark age, none peace can find.
From ashes of trust, a throne shall rise
In shadows deep, one's ambitions seep
The week shall crumble, strong shall bend
And now begins this path to end
Fires of chaos engulf the land,
Wielded by mortals, not divine hands.
Empires built on deceitful lore,
As oceans of blood lap at the shore.
Yet through the ruin, a spark shall gleam,
A formless will, a fractured dream.
From carnage rises the iron-clad will,
To claim the silence, when all else is still.
The end and the beginning, entwined as one,
The battle eternal, never undone.
In the heart of despair, a truth shall ignite,
The shadows shall yield to the dawn of light.
