Scream Out Loud Poem by Jennifer Unknown

Scream Out Loud

In a world of uncertainty and sugar coated truths
I scream out loud in frustration
Selfishness is contagious
Money is number one
Laziness is accepted
And we wonder why things are the way they are
Possessions are fueled my greediness
Still keeping up with Jones'
Failing school systems
Where and when I can say 'God'
I scream out loud in frustration
Judges failing victims
Political party bashing
Innocence stolen
Haters of Americans
No longer safe without locked doors
I scream out loud in frustration
