Screaming Silence Poem by Isaac Maez

Screaming Silence

I stay calm in the midst of confusion
Not a place to be alone
We walk around from place to place
We smile, we frown...we walk
Never looking in life's rear view mirror
To see nothing but shame and anger
Another day left behind, or is it just in my mind.
