Search Angels - Poem by Enoch O. Akanji
Lying back down on the beach, the sun shining.
I chanced the afternoon sky and look expectantly
The cloud was puffy, blue and white, near my view
And I saw, angels in the sky, like men of cloud
the rays of the sun will not let me gaze, at them
I put on a Google to search, Bing! I saw them again
I called a stranger, come and see angels in the sky
they are not real to me, whao, Yahoooo! I said.
how real should they appear, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
are you on Facebook, add me.
