Seasons Poem by Paul Reed

Seasons

Our lives are strung together
By seasons three months long
All stretched out in a long, long row
With binds between so strong;

Memories interwoven and treasured
In the caverns of our minds
Waiting patiently there for us to revisit
And feel again those binds;

We cannot re-live the past
But the feelings will always stay
And people and places we loved
From our hearts will never stray
