Secret Lover - Poem by Ranock Saing

The first day we met, you came into my heart and stayed
All these years, my feelings hasn’t washed away
Sometimes, I sit and think of you
And wonder whether you think of me too
Everything about you is perfection to me
Except my secret is hidden from thee
Just to see you smile
Fills my heart with loads of desire
One day I wish for you to acknowledge that my love is not blind
The truth, within you, I seek to define
When you are next to me, I go in a disguise
The assumption of truths is really lies
Because of you, I have pain that I must bear
For you I’ll always care
Wherever you are
The distance between you and I is so far
Only I wish I had the guts to let you know
As the days past, my feelings tends to grow
But you give me no hope
Every day, I don’t know how long this I can cope
It’s to the point where I am giving up
Precious time just past, and the pain is just too much…
