Secrets, thoughts and feelings,
They overwhelm me,
They sicken me.
The world, everything I thought I knew,
Has collapsed and fallen apart,
But amongst the rubble and debris,
You are still standing strong.
Words, intent on cutting me,
Blow straight past.
They don't know,
They have no idea
What's going through my mind
What's going through your mind.
When we have nothing left,
Nothing to smile about,
Let's look at the people
Who think the world's alright
And laugh at their ignorance.
Let's laugh ourselves to death.
