See What I'M Saying Poem by Timothy Branch

See What I'M Saying

See what I'm saying? Have you no shame? Bronzed skins posed to lower otherwise raised mountain ranges to allow some to peruse. Visions of finger stroked golden grains versus contrary winds against a backdrop of golden arches relaxed in a heel to heel fashion. No shame or inhibition. The remark that followed simply said I feel good to all those who viewed this on social media.997 other words came to mind in the minds of all who found this post and post all that they could muster did they post. How did they get this from my simple three word post? A picture says a thousand words. Have you heard? Take away the guess work, say what you say without the visual that says more than you want said. See what I'm saying? See what I am saying.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Amid the many posts viewed on social media, it is amazing how some say that many misread the picture that accompanied their post. I hope to shed light on how to avoid such confusion by those posting misunderstood posts.
