Seeing The Waterspout Behind The Curtain Poem by Pradip Saikia

Seeing The Waterspout Behind The Curtain

On a certain illuminated evening
Suddenly dialogues will die out

All birds of memory
Will fly away towards Uttarayan

The dreamy nectar of thirst
The earthen cup
Will soften down to earth

In the void of the white flag
A pair of died down lamps
Will light up again

Tearing the dusty shadow
The little golden fly will enter into
A coil of mist

Seeing the waterspout behind the curtain
