Sekuntum Bunga Negeriku (Malaya Roses)
(Ode buat Malaya Roses)
Kemarin dulu
aku lewat sebuah taman bunga
penuh seni dan artikulasi
tersusun rapi dalam rumpun diksi
kelopak bahasa warna warni
kembang mewangi menghias seri
Kemarin
aku bertandang lagi di taman sama
kulihat kumbang putih terhiris luka
oleh kesinisan bunga yang pintar
menyasarkan dengung bingit
sang kumbang patah sayap
Hari ini
aku takjub pada ketegasan kata
kelopak-kelopak bahasa sang bunga
memangkas tuntas kepincangan budaya
semut-semut malas bekerja
buang masa, makan gaji buta
Esok
aku berharap
menikmat keindahan sang bunga
menjalarkan kelopak aksara
menjadi rimbun kata paling ampuh
suburkan inspirasi; penikmat seni
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! ! ! Not because this is a poem made for me but due to sharpness in the poet observation. The words was so intense and critically bend for the affirmation of his perspective.
