Self Pity Poem by Tara Chettur

Self Pity

Rating: 4.8

Drudge yourself in hard work,
Satisfy thirst in your sweat,
You are coward, you are poor too,
I can see depth of unhappiness for you,
In this cold bloody world,
Who will hear you?
You will accompanied by sorrows wherever you go,
You don’t have rights to reach new heights,
You believe in others than yourself,
It’s what you think you will be,
Your self-pity will take you nowhere!

You have expressed this factual dilemma of people very rightly......to be practical one should have to lift the blinds of self-pity considering the message conveyed in this poem..........Liked your thoughful poem...... absolute 10/10
