Selling A Sob Story Poem by Briana Knight

Selling A Sob Story

Beautiful brown eyes filled with sorrow,
Perfectly full lips set to a frown.
Her once glorious world is now burning down.
Heart peirced with agony from the fall,
Everyone disappered after she gave her all.
Feel her pain, please taste those tears,
She isn't ready to face her fears.
You place your hand softly on her cheek
You bow to this Queen being meek.
You let her know that all is ok
Peace will remaine as long as you stay.
She sings inside, her web won't let you leave
So happy is she, you were quick to decieve.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I literaly am the female in the poem. I felt bad for what I did after I wrote this. Lol only because I didn't clearly see the wrong untill after I put it on paper.

A good poem with a couple of forced rhymes, but over all very good. Don't forget to read as much of other's poetry as you can. That is the way to hone your skill. Read mine - A Writer's Dilemma - Adeline
