Semi-Blind View Poem by KUNAL SETH

Semi-Blind View

In the valley of faces
His face stands out
Its his image of the world that keeps him apart
A loaf of loathe is his daily breakfast
Half baked truths taste sweeter than mellow cold lies
It is not the fog that makes it all blur
Fog only challenges to look deeper
The omnipresent white cloak wearing secret keeper

Its all in the head
Perching in the most comfortable corner
Another step on that road of borrowed wisdom
Another exhausted effort to reach out to the inside
Going with the flow
No matter how low
Faraway challenges like delicate sounds of thunder
Enchanting and bedazzling the juvenile self.

A volley of questions
Popping from every direction
Like darts always hitting the target
A long awaited strike
A tired phoenix
Sporadically rising up to depict understanding
But a semi blind view always reveals itself
Acceptance or rejection its only fate
They are welcome in every debate.
