Serendipity Poem by Esther Joseph

Serendipity

My heart's racing, feet pacing
You in a moment I'll be facing
Should I say hi or hello
Should I act out or be Mellow

I see your eyes they shine like stars
A cloudless night, you know how they are.
I hear your voice, it's so very familiar
My song being played over and over.

Excitement pulsing through my veins
Like catching tiny droplets of rain
Fun and laughter filled the air
For the first time, I didn't have a care

Meeting you had taken a lifetime
But the way I see it, it was at the right time.
We ran, we danced, we held hands
Let's sneak out if we ever get the chance.
