Sesa: A Boy With Self-Elegance But A Sinner's Arrogance Poem by ~ Wordsmith

Sesa: A Boy With Self-Elegance But A Sinner's Arrogance

Rating: 1.0

Scared to share pieces of what built him,
Frozen in the dark because the light is too bright for him,
yet another chance has been given to him,
But he still fails to redeem himself.
He hides inside the collapsed walls of himself because he is afraid of the society's judgment.
His tears are silent yet loud on the inside,
Sitting on the corner longing to belong,
Had only his dog to call a friend but it died.

Always fighting to make It through another day,
But life is not giving him a break,
He tries, fails but never give up, such a strong soldier.
He once took a shovel to dig his own grave,
But his soul got saved before he could even finish digging.
He is all he ever had,
He likes to think himself as a wolf,
But he is a soft touch.

He is what we call still water runs deep,
Like a bullet he can destroy,
A prisoner in his own cell.
Even though his love overflows, he still thinks it's not enough,
So, he deflects then hides.
God has been brutalizing him, but he's been holding on through it all,
Found comfort in one person he calls a brother,
One person that sees right through his eyes.
He's blessed yet he is blind to it.
