Settled Desire My Own Blood
I wish I were a drug people took before watching a bad movie
I wish I were a discarded needle in an alleyway behind a strip club,
already served its purpose and given it's share of a new moment
I wish I were a movie banned in most countries,
so that only the most dedicated and deranged sought me out
I wish I could provide an escape for someone,
if only for a moment
