Sex - Poem by Alexander Downie

Many a night a coupling of our lust
Many a caress bitten closer to dust
Many desires comes bold of me
Many cautious bonds to set free
Many a night beckons I come to you
Many a sin sounds out of what we do
Many beds of penetration I lay you down
Many joyful tears in pillows will be found
Many a kiss of salt does fondness taste
Many a moment lost in distance waste
Many a hearts beat given for our pyre
Many a glance shared to fuel this fire
Many words unspoken, perhaps too few
Many is my longing to be in you
