Shades Of Grey - Blanc Et Noir Poem by jane horner

Shades Of Grey - Blanc Et Noir

How do we see the colours of life?
Blanc et Noir – black and white
Or white and black?

Set your vision and your mind
To receive the open view
To see the variance from
Blanc et noir

For there are myriads
Of shades among them
A spectrum
A flow, a collection
Waiting there for your perception

The shades of grey are undoubtedly
The greatest colours you can see
No right is just white
No wrong is all black

To delve into the hues of life
Is seeking value of points and facets
Belonging to others and their tracks
They have shades coloured by their strife

August 2008
Widen your view, be open to think and learn....
