Shallow Life Poem by Heidi Thoms

Shallow Life

Rating: 2.5

Drowing alone,
I grasp for air.
Coldness creeps over pale skin.
There is sadness so deep,
It pulls me down.
Happiness dyes in the dark deep abyss.

When nobody cares, life hurts, this shallow life is no kind. I love it.
