She Is My Enemy Poem by Sarah Wilson

She Is My Enemy

She is my enemy,
My reflection,
Exaggerating my imperfections.

She is my enemy,
Mocking my ugly face,
Making me a visual disgrace.

She is my enemy,
Big eyes and thin lips,
Goading the need for beauty tips.

She is my enemy,
Her intention to hurt,
An image I can't convert.

She is my enemy,
But I am the opinion that matters,
She will not leave me in tatters.

She is my enemy,
My resolve she cannot sway,
She is condemned,
The moment I turn away.

This is excellent, a well considered and well rhymed poem.
