She Still Loves You. Poem by chris chapman

She Still Loves You.

We are all alive,
happiness is what we strive,
But misery is our business,
amongst all the stress,
everyday becomes hard,
you become admitted to a hospital ward,
misery has made you ill,
but sad you are still,
the days that you smile,
are the days remembered for a while,
these days are rare,
the stress is making you lose your hair,
she was your white dove,
you was in love,
maybe you still are,
she was as important as air,
but dont put yourself down,
she wouldn't want you to frown,
she would want you in your prime,
that's what she's wanted this whole time,
that's why she had to let you go,
so that in time you will know,
how much she meant to you,
deep down she still loves you.
