She Wasn't A Princess Poem by Danial Khalil

She Wasn't A Princess

She wasn't a princess
but a queen,
Always playing her sweet tunes
In a language so seductive,
But for me so hard to understand
I find it even harder to belive,
That frensh is the language of love
When all I want to do
Is steal the words
That slips through those lips
And make them my own
Oh if only she knew
How badly I want to
Conquer her kingdom
And make it my own
Mine was not quite enough for me
I need to be a part of hers too
Now I tell her to
drive of into the sunset
And leave me
With the tunes
That has left you
And entered my world.
-the future is female
