Spun the roulette and lusters fell,
Granting maiden the gasping prayers,
And a spectral graze adhered a spell,
Lucid to layer her dream it dares;
Heights till dawn beneath the city lights
To gaze, this night, this archaic sight.
Mirrors of sith broke, like twigs
Of amber spring and curly pines,
Draped in satin full of mercury leaves;
Clutched like war, the dripping wine
She danced over, ringing knell to scry
A virgin tale, deep in weather so wry.
She is breathing verdure, on panes
Like the winter dusk of an early fall,
Which gleams her starling chains
Falling over the moonlit face; to thrall
Under the beauty of camellia smile,
Denying every stance so overtly guile.
