Our love is fading like a wilted rose,
Petal after petal its death grows near,
Just when I find something new about you,
It turns out to be the same old stuff,
You can't even look me in the eye and say you love me anymore,
I can't trust you with the many colors of your lies,
Almost impossible to see each other eye to eye,
Sometime I wonder why I'm with someone like you,
But can't help but think I'm to blame,
You make life too depressing for me,
Feeling like I'm worthless,
I don't need you,
Or is it that I don't deserve you,
I just don't know anymore,
I'm just confused,
I'm drifting away like the last petal on this dead rose,
Should I blame myself for this emptyness inside me?
