take a move to change your life,
is to start a new,
step by step,
movement by motion,

the heart and mind,
are at breking point,
thake a look at Why?
this has started,

see the problem,
understand the reason,
seek the hepl you need,

a mental breakdown is not,
a crime,
but a cry for help,

the way the body works,
can be hard to know,
we are flesh and bones,
and not machines,

keep the soul clear as,
as clear can be,

do not keep the emotions,
loked away,

let the show,
allow them to hit
