Sick
I’m sick and dying slowly,
But don’t say goodbye to me.
Because i don’t wanna think of leaving you,
But inevitably i will when my life is through.
The cancer’s quickly spreading through out my body and mind,
And we are also losing our special bind.
The chemo’s left me tiered and week,
With hardly enough energy to speak.
But i hope you can let go of me and dry your eyes,
When i finally lose the fight and meet my demise.
Because i want you to be happy and free,
Living the rest of your life without grieving me.
This was just BEAUTIFUL ;) if this is true, im really really sorry, this was expressed wonderfully into a poem that made a tear come to my eye your rhyming scheme was very nicely layed out as well 10+
This poem really touched my heart. in a few months my mom has to get another look at her breast to make sure its not cancer and everytime we go to the dr it scares. me....the thought of loosing a parent is very scary. my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

Thank you sarah :) And Ty im happy this touched your heart, nobody in my life had cancer when i wrote this, it all just comes from my heart and the inspiration music gives me. i really hope your mother is okay x
