Silence

In silence,
It frightens me.
Only sound,
The ragged breathing.
A sob,
Deep from within me.
Mouth open in a silent scream.
No one hears the anguish.
Heart bleeding,
Anything could be better.
Doubled over in sorrow.
I wish an end.
