Silence
I hear only silence around me.
Nothing is the only thing I see.
He left,
he left without a word.
He left me standing here,
with my arms open.
They were about to close on him,
but then he vanished into thin air.
Will he ever come back
or will my arms be open forever,
waiting on his return?
