Silence Poem by Ma. Catherine Lorizo

Silence

As the sun sets to turn into dark
the clamor slowly fades and becoming still
Indeed the day is about to end;

At night I hear the echoing sound of silence
where everything sinks in
I'd look up and wonder from afar,
am I too calm?

As time goes by, the sun arises
I come to think that day is not as exciting as night
where quietness is bound to me
and silence is my peace.
